　　主诉：进行性排尿困难20多年，诊为BPH　Ⅱ°入院。

　　入院检查：前列腺B超示：前列腺5.1cm×4.4cm×4.0cm 重量约：46.97g.

　　残余尿量195.8ml  尿流率检查：Voided Volume 303ml , Qmax 10.3ml/s,

　　Ave flow 4.7ml/s , Voding time 80.6s , Flow time 56.5s , Time to Qmax 11.4s

 　　Vol at Qmax 104ml , Flow index 0.5 .。 I---Pss  29分， QOL  4分。

　　治疗：于1997年11月12日进行场效高能消融治疗。治疗反应Ⅲ级。

　　治疗后于1997年12月2日拨管，排尿通畅。

   　治疗后复查：Voided Volume 226ml , Qmax23.13ml/s, Ave flow 10.1l/s , Voding time 37.2s ,Flow time 18.6s , Time to Qmax 3.6s  Vol at 　Qmax 66ml , Flow index 1.3 。   I---Pss  3分，QOL  0分。
